Before we begin the application process we will, together, build a profile of your requirements i.e. salary, benefits, vacation, etc. and your goals and ambitions regarding your career.

Once the decision is made that a position will be pursued, we will begin with a review of your resume. Many candidates will simply send the exact same resume to every job for which they are applying. This is not an advisable course of action. All companies and even competing companies in the same industry and advertising for the same position, will have their own priority requirements for that position.

Many candidates have exactly the skills and experience an employer is looking for, but these attributes might not be highlighted in their resumes. Instead they focus on other areas of their background upon which the employer may place less importance.

By understanding exactly what it is that the employer is looking for, we can assist you to promote those aspects of your experience that are most relevant to the employer. We then move on to the application process itself, we will aid you in this and provide constant support and feedback throughout.
